How to get a massage in Austin without breaking the law

Austin, Texas (CNN) The city of Austin is no stranger to the concept of the “street massage.”

That is, if you’re a massage parlor or a massage masseur.

But if you are the kind of person who wants to make a statement, or if you just like to spend time with your family, you may be out of luck.

The city is cracking down on massage parlors and massage masseurs after one woman’s husband was arrested for allegedly having sex with an intoxicated man in his home.

Police said they were called to the man’s home after the woman reported that he had been drinking at a bar with other men, the Austin American-Statesman reported.

He then told her that he needed to have sex with her, police said.

Police arrested Austin man Ryan Davis, 30, on Monday on an assault charge.

He’s being held at the Travis County Jail on $500,000 bail.

According to the Austin Police Department, Davis has been charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a person, which carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison.

Davis is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.Read More
