New Diamond spa opens in India

NEW DELHI (AP) — A new diamond spa opened in India’s northern state of Uttarakhand on Monday.

The Bollywood-inspired Spa Ganesha in the town of Kolar, about 20 miles (32 kilometers) northwest of the capital, was built in the 19th century, and was intended to attract guests from around the world.

It’s the latest in a series of offerings in the region, including a spa in the Indian city of Kochi, which has become popular with Indians of all ages and income levels.
