Leamingwood, Indiana, is about half an hour away from Las Vegas.
It’s a big city, and the spa is about as close to Las Vegas as a spa can get.
But the owners are planning to start making more than just spa treatments a part of their business model.
The Leamingtons have been charging for spa treatment services for more than a year.
Now, they’re offering a new perk that’s been a favorite for spa owners.
“We’ve been getting some positive feedback from people,” said Leamingston Spa Owner Joe Schilling.
“People are saying, ‘Oh, you’re a spa, you have a good product.’
It’s like the new craze.”
Spa owners are beginning to offer a new way to make a living.
A new perk for spa therapists and owners: charge a fee for treatments The idea is to get more customers to come in and pay for the services, and to make sure that they’re getting the best possible care.
“I think it’s going to help us,” said Schilling, who also owns a nearby spa.
“We’ll be able to charge more for the treatments.”
The new charge is the result of an internal investigation that’s already started.
In a letter to Leamingwoods owners, Leamingstone Spa Executive Director Michael Siegel explained that the spa had been experiencing a surge in business over the past year.
It was only a matter of time before some sort of “market correction” hit the spa, Siegel wrote.
He said the owners of Leamingmontes Spa, a small spa in the city, had seen a sharp rise in visitors, a rise in visits to the spa and a drop in the number of visits to their other spa.
Now, Leames Spa is paying for the spa treatments.
To help keep up with the demand, Leomingwood Spa is making the charge $10 for each treatment.
“We’re doing the math and realizing that if we get 10 people, that we’re going to have to charge $30 a visit,” Schilling said.
Schilling said it’s a way to help keep Leamingville residents comfortable and secure.
“You have to pay for your own spa treatment,” he said.
“If you don’t have the time to get your own treatment, you pay.”
